自動車でお越しの場合By car:
中央自動車道でお越しいただけます。市内には須玉IC・長坂IC・小淵沢ICの3つのインターチェンジが
整備されており、アクセスしやすい環境になっています。From the Chuo expressway. get off at Sutama IC, Nagasaka IC or Kobuchisawa IC . There are three interchanges in the Hokuto city for easy access.
電車でお越しの場合By Train:
JR 中央本線・小海線のご利用でお越しいただけます。小淵沢駅からは高原列車が走るJR 小海線が運行しています。
（長野新幹線の佐久平駅、しなの鉄道の小諸駅方面と接続）高原の牧歌的な風景をお楽しみください。With the JR Chuo Main Line. Get off at Kobuchizawa station.
With the JR Koumi Line. Get on the Koumi Line Highland train from Kobuchizawa station.
(The train connects at Sakudaira station for the Nagano Shinkansen, or at Komoro station for the Shinano Railway.)
Enjoy the idyllic scenery of the plateau.
