字幕表示システムを導入しました／Subtitle Display System Now Available
10月1日から北杜市役所本庁舎の市民サービス課、福祉課及び長坂総合支所の窓口に「字幕表示システム」を導入しました。
Starting October 1st, the Hokuto City Hall Main Building has introduced a “Subtitle Display System” at the counters of the Citizen Services Division, Welfare Division, and Nagasaka General Branch Office.
「字幕表示システム」は話した言葉をリアルタイムで文字に変換し、透明スクリーンやタブレットに表示することができます。双方向の翻訳機能によるさまざまな国の方への翻訳支援や、耳の聞こえにくい方の支援に対応します。
The “Subtitle Display System” converts spoken words into text in real time and displays them on a transparent screen or tablet. It provides translation support for people from various countries through its two-way translation function and assists individuals with hearing impairments.
